60 Second Sermon:

"But blessed is the man who
trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in Him. He will be like a tree
planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not
fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in
a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit"
    - Jeremiah
        17:7-8

FEATURED ARTICLE
Building by the Rules by Robert C. Foreman

Building design is governed by a host of laws, codes, and rules which have the authority of LAW. Your architect should be familiar with zoning, building codes and the many local and state laws which impact building design.

The building code in Georgia is the International Building Code, under the Standard Building Code. We also must follow the National Fire Protection Association – Life Safety Code. Georgia, like most states, has its own Handicap Accessibility Code which follows the federal American’s with Disabilities Act.

Click here for a more detailed summary of the codes and laws your architect must follow.

Grace Baptist Church in Cartersville has hired FSF to perform a Master Plan study of their site and buildings. Interior modifications of their preschool classrooms are needed as their young congregation continues to expand.

Congratulations to Mrs. Teri (Telega) Huling on her March 20th wedding to Sean.  Best Wishes to the new couple.
